Meet the Founder of Divergent Pathways

Hi, I'm Claire and if you're here, chances are you're navigating a world that wasn't really designed with you or your loved one in mind. I get it, because I've been living it my whole life.

I grew up in a neurodivergent household, supporting my younger brother for over 30 years and that experience turned out to be just the beginning. My own family life is equally beautifully complex, and my two wonderful sons have taught me more than any qualification ever could. For the past five years, I've been working to secure and oversee an EOTAS package for my autistic son (PDA profile) following autistic burnout in school. We've always done things a little differently in our family, and honestly? We love that. Life would be pretty boring if everyone was the same!

That lived experience, over 30 years of navigating education, benefits, and social care, sits at the heart of everything I do. Alongside it, I bring a Postgraduate Certificate in Neurodiversity, IPSEA Level 3 SEN Law training, and a Life Coaching qualification. I'm currently deepening my practice further through a specialist coaching qualification with Attuned Coaching, focused purely on supporting neurodivergent individuals.

I specialise in supporting parents, carers, and neurodivergent individuals at some of life's most significant crossroads, in particular the transition from childhood into a fulfilling adulthood. I help families understand what options are open to them, how to secure the right support, and how to feel genuinely empowered in the process.

I also offer 1:1 coaching for both neurodivergent individuals and the parents and carers who support them, covering areas such as executive functioning, sensory challenges, and understanding yourself and what truly works for you.

More than anything, I want the people I work with to feel heard, really heard. That's something that's all too often missing for neurodivergent people and their families, and it's the thing I care most about changing.

Take a look at our free resources, and if you'd like to find out more, please just drop me a message.
