Your Space, Your Pace - 1:1 Coaching
Flexible 1:1 coaching for neurodivergent individuals — all ages, no commitment, entirely on your terms.
Introduction
You already know your own mind. You just need space to use it.
For a lot of neurodivergent people, the hard part is not working things out, it's finding the right way to do things that works for you.
What I offer
Aflexible 1:1 coaching for neurodivergent individuals of all ages. There are no packages, no programmes, and no pressure to keep booking. You come when it works for you, bring whatever is on your mind, and leave with something useful.
What we work on
Sessions are always led by what is important to you. No fixed topics and no agenda you need to prepare. You might come with something specific in mind, or you might just know that you need to think something through out loud.
I find people come to sessions for lots of reasons. You could be processing a recent diagnosis, navigating a big change in your life, or dealing with lots of tasks and emotions that just feel quite overwhelming. There is no one reason to book a coaching session, my approach is always that if there is something you need to work through or talk about then bring it along and lets work it through together.
Whatever brings you here, it is welcome.
How a session works
Sessions are 60 minutes, held online via video call. You book when you need one and there is no expectation to commit to anything beyond that single session.
Before your session, I will send you a short form to complete, you can respond to this using the form, freeform email or even a series of voice notes, I genuinely want you to work with whatever works best for you. This helps me understand a little about you and means we can get straight into what matters rather than spending time on background.
After your session, I will send you a written summary. This is a short, plain-language note covering the key themes we explored, any insights that came up, and anything you identified that you want to take forward. It is not a transcript, it is a clear and concise document written for you, to return to whenever you need it.
For many neurodivergent people, processing continues long after a conversation ends. The summary is there for when things settle and you are ready to revisit.
Why no commitment
Because commitment can be a barrier and removing it changes everything.
Some people need coaching weekly. Some need it every few months when something significant comes up. Some come for one session and find that is enough. All of those are completely valid, and none of them should require you to sign up to something that does not fit.
Flexibility is not a compromise here. It is the point.
A note on my practice
I am currently working toward full membership of the Association for Coaching. My rates reflect this stage of my practice.
What does not change is my knowledge of neurodivergence, my lived experience, and my commitment to every client I work with. I take this work seriously and I take you seriously and will always give you my full attention, support and respect.
If you have questions about my training or background before booking, I am always happy to talk.
Who this is for
My sessions are for any neurodivergent individual who feels like coaching might help. You do not need a formal diagnosis. You do not need a specific goal. You do not need to have the right words for what you are going through.
If you are autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, dyspraxic, or identify as neurodivergent in any other way with or without a diagnosis, this space is for you.
If you are a parent or carer thinking about booking on behalf of a young person aged 16 or over, please get in touch first so we can make sure this is the right fit.
